The drawing's provenance from the esteemed Paul Sachs Collection of Drawings (Museum of Fine Arts) further attests to its significance and authenticity. Paul J. Sachs (1878-1965) was a legendary art historian, museum director, and collector who served as the associate director of the Fogg Art Museum at Harvard University.
